Dear Seabert Eye Care Family,
This is a message in regards to COVID-19. The safety of our patients, staff and their families are our first priority with every decision we make. We are committed to continuing care to patients during this COVID-19 outbreak. We are staying up to date with the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), coronavirus.gov along with state and local health departments.
With that being said, we are still open and we are here for you:
We have limited the number of patients we see per day.
We will cover the cost of shipping to their home or office with a minimum 2 box order.
We will extend contact lens Rx’s up to 6 months past expiration for orders placed through the office and each request will be considered on a case by case basis.
We are advising all patients 60 and over to postpone any non-emergent care until things have calmed down regarding COVID-19.
We have taken the necessary precautions to protect our patients and our staff from the spread of the virus while in the office by limiting the number of patients allowed in the office and thoroughly disinfecting the office after each patient visit.
We are screening all patients prior to entering the facility.
If patients are needing to pick up eyewear, we are having them remain in their car while we bring the glasses out to them.
Thank you,
Dr. William Seabert
